Billings ... you won't believe

In Fort Collins we woke to the news that a spring snowstorm is headed to the very area we were headed to...so, with the storm chasing us we headed north toward Casper, Cheyenne and Billings hopefully outrunning the eminent flakes. Ugh! Finally saw our first antelope west of Casper. Totally a drive day just to beat the storm. Arrived Billings just as snowflakes began to fall. Quality Inn for the night.

Dinner at Fuddruckers which was right across the street from Quality Inn. Drove around after dinner and saw a bit of Billings including a beautiful park and Montana State University.

Snow was not sticking to the road here but I90W has stickage. So, we did not take any chances driving through the mountains ... which means another day in Billings.

Next day we did some antiquing at 3 places. Marketplace 1330, Broadwater Mercantile, and Yesteryear’s Antique Mall. Broadwater was the best, Marketplace 1330 was flavored with smoke...never, never good in antique store. Actually made a purchase at Broadwater...an adjustable leather belt. Found a 2 piece cup and teapot I have been looking for. But I didn’t like the pattern. So, the search continues.
